There are currently no more camping pitches available at Botkoel Campsite. They are fully booked! However, there are still a few pitches available at Catsop Campsite.

The first 50 participants have registered!
The first 50 registrations for the Recumbent World Championships in Sittard-Geleen have now been received. Meet them here: https://wc26hpv.nl/participants/
If you would like to participate, you can register here: https://ligfiets.net/events/4825. This also applies to reserving meals during the World Championships at the Tom Dumoulin Bike Park.
Please note: our accommodation options expire on 15 March!
Several rooms have already been booked at the Towerhostel at Watersley, and the two campsites are also filling up quickly. If you would like to stay overnight with a large group, you can rent a team house at Watersley. Various crowd-pulling events will be taking place in the vicinity of the Tom Dumoulin Bike Park between 10 and 12 July. This means that accommodation options are in high demand.
If you would like to take advantage of the options we offer at the aforementioned accommodations, you can do so until 15 March. After that date, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Volunteers Wanted!
The World Cup event, with its extensive programme, requires many volunteers. If you have time and are able to help us between 10 and 12 July, please register using the form.

Happy New (wc2026) year!
First of all: we wish you a very positive year, with good health as the priority.
And for us recumbent cyclists: a year filled with miles of cycling in beautiful surroundings. We especially wish the speed enthusiasts among us success in (once again) breaking personal or (world) records with their aerodynamic bikes.
The Dutch and Belgian HPV associations are honored to contribute to this by organizing the HPV World Championships in the Netherlands.
The organization is starting with the launch of this special website, where we will share all the information and news about the World Championships with you in the coming year.
We wish everyone the best of luck with their preparations for the World Championships and warmly welcome you (and your families) to Sittard-Geleen and the surrounding area during the World Championships.
