The plan is to cycle from Sittard through the Limburg fields and villages towards the Meuse River where we’ll take the ferry to Belgium. From there, we’ll follow the Meuse downstream to Maaseik, where we’ll return to the Netherlands. After this, we’ll cross the border to our eastern neighbors near the westernmost point of Germany. Here, we’ll follow the border, finally returning to Sittard and the Tom Dumoulin Bike Park with a bit of climbing. The entire ride will be 49 km.
